Maintenance Professional

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
• Manage failure reports and convert them into work orders within SAP.
• Coordinate maintenance execution on critical plant equipment.
• Ensure the availability of resources, materials, and spare parts for interventions.
• Follow up on maintenance orders to guarantee timely closure.
• Analyze failures and propose improvement actions to increase equipment reliability.
• Maintain updated technical information and maintenance plans.
• Contribute to availability, safety, and operational efficiency objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, including repair programs and control.
• English proficiency at a B2 level.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of databases.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
