Maintenance Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage spare parts stock in collaboration with the purchasing department
• Monitor shortages and handle replenishment of consumables and maintenance parts
• Participate in ordering spare parts and creating warehouse references
• Optimize the storage and organization of replenishment parts and consumables
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for urgent repairs or parts requests
• Contribute to the monitoring of subcontracting and supplier contracts
• Utilize CMMS (GMAO) for maintenance data management
• Provide necessary information to the team and management regarding ongoing work and malfunctions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance procedures

Requirements

• Bac +2 degree, preferably in industrial maintenance
• Foundational knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electricity
• Proficiency in Office Pack, ERP, and CMMS (GMAO) software
• Technical English proficiency
• Strong organizational skills and ability to make quick, informed decisions
• Experience in a maintenance environment is highly appreciated
