Maintenance Process Team (Electrical)

Responsibilities

• Manage facility and utility maintenance for the entire plant
• Ensure availability and performance of equipment and facilities
• Supervise external vendors for plant facility maintenance
• Maintain mechanical and hydraulic press machines
• Monitor equipment downtime and implement improvement actions
• Plan and schedule cross-training for the workforce
• Manage spare parts and vendors
• Implement preventative maintenance schedules for production machines and in-house assemblies
• Implement global standard maintenance practices
• Work with global teams to improve OEE and equipment availability
• Oversee new machine and utility installations
• Implement corrective actions and continuous improvements
• Support TPM activities

Requirements

• B.E. Electrical with 8 to 12 years of experience or Diploma with 12 to 15 years of experience
• Sound knowledge of equipment and utility maintenance (HT/LT substation, DG Set, Compressors, HVAC, Chillers, AHU, etc.)
• Proficiency in electrical drawings
• PLC programming and troubleshooting skills
• Mandatory Electrical supervisor licence
