About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assess current maturity levels for assigned sites' CMMS, MRO, and Planning and Scheduling processes to identify and close gaps
  • Develop and implement improvement plans for maintenance work management and warehousing
  • Drive key metrics, KPIs, and monetary cost savings while improving safety, quality, and delivery
  • Implement effective maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution processes using ADM's chosen CMMS
  • Provide coaching, training, and foundational best practices to plant maintenance and reliability teams
  • Participate in ADM Task Force and SWAT Team initiatives for highly-focused, rapid-response execution
  • Travel to various assigned plants as required (up to 50%)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a similar technical discipline
  • 8+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
  • Demonstrated knowledge of maintenance work management processes
  • Experience with CMMS platforms such as Maximo, Akwire, or SAP
  • Electrical or mechanical experience in a manufacturing maintenance and engineering environment
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with diverse teams
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • CMRP or similar technical maintenance-related certification
