Maintenance Preservation Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the Project Preservation Plan for static and rotating equipment, piping systems, electrical & instrumentation components, capital spares, and special tools.
• Maintain and track equipment logs using a Preservation Management System (PMS) such as Hexagon, WinPCS, or similar.
• Monitor environmental conditions, including humidity and temperature, and report any deterioration or anomalies to warehouse and site managers.
• Ensure all preservation activities are prepared, tracked, and formally recorded in the database system.
• Verify that tools and equipment are adequate to meet expected preservation requirements.
• Provide daily reports directly to the Preservation Lead.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in oil and gas or large-scale EPC projects.
• Deep understanding of preservation techniques, including Vapour Corrosion Inhibitors (VCI), nitrogen blanketing, and protective coatings.
• Proficiency in using Preservation Management Systems (PMS) and computer programs for database management and spreadsheets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a complex, multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in English.
