Maintenance Preparer

Responsibilities

• Analyze intervention needs for static equipment including exchangers, columns, tanks, piping, furnaces, and pressure vessels
• Conduct field visits and technical surveys to define work scope and establish preparation sequences
• Draft work dossiers and prepare lists of required materials and spare parts
• Participate in daily and weekly planning processes
• Monitor subcontractors and ensure compliance with QHSE requirements on-site
• Update and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

• Technical degree (Bac +2 / Bac +3) in industrial maintenance, boilermaking, mechanics, or inspection, or a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Mechanical Engineering
• Significant experience in the maintenance of static equipment
• Proven experience working within an industrial environment
