Maintenance Preparer - Hydraulics

Responsibilities

• Identify site anomalies using controllers or operational teams
• Develop specifications (human, material, and financial resources) and write operating procedures
• Source executors internally or through external companies
• Launch orders and organize preliminary site visits
• Plan interventions in coordination with production, studies, and site teams
• Organize sites by providing necessary human resources, materials, parts, and plans
• Supervise sites to ensure quality and safety
• Participate in coordination to ensure effective team collaboration
• Ensure compliance with QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) guidelines

Requirements

• Bac+2/+3 degree in maintenance or equivalent
• Experience in work preparation within an industrial environment
• Competence in hydraulics
• Proficiency with IT tools and willingness to learn SAP
• Rigorous, autonomous, and team-oriented mindset
