Maintenance Preparer Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Establish technical scopes of work based on inspection data and perform onsite surveys (dimensions, access, environment).
• Develop detailed work sequences, operating procedures, and technical specifications.
• Estimate durations, human and material resources, and project costs.
• Prepare intervention logistics, including lifting equipment, scaffolding, and specific tank phases such as degassing, cleaning, and inerting.
• Supervise onsite work progress, ensuring compliance with schedules, quality standards, and HSE management.
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage the traceability of anomalies through the DTS process.
• Oversee site demobilization, site restoration, and the compilation of final project documentation (as-built plans, reports, etc.).
• Organize feedback meetings (REX) to analyze costs, delays, and variances.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in tank maintenance preparation or coordination.
• Proven experience working in industrial environments such as refineries, chemical plants, or hydrocarbon storage facilities.
• Strong ability to perform technical site surveys and detailed technical analysis.
• Proficiency in work planning, resource estimation, and technical specification writing.
• Solid knowledge of HSE management, regulatory inspections, and industrial safety protocols.
