Maintenance Porter

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, amenities, common areas, and parking lots
• Assist with apartment make readies, unit turns, and trash outs
• Support maintenance team with light repairs, painting, and furniture assembly
• Perform groundskeeping tasks including trash pickup, snow removal, and leaf removal
• Monitor property for safety hazards and maintenance concerns
• Maintain organization of maintenance shops and storage areas
• Provide professional customer service to residents

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, or maintenance preferred
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and repair practices
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physical ability to stand, bend, climb, and lift frequently
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
