Maintenance Plant

Responsibilities

• Utilize all tools safely and in compliance with manufacturer specifications
• Ensure equipment is serviced, repaired, and maintained per company policy
• Assist in scheduling plant and equipment for work and repair
• Follow Lock-Out Tag-Out and all safety procedures
• Comply with all safety and environmental rules and regulations
• Utilize crane, hydraulic, and specialized equipment within safety limits
• Complete daily paperwork including logs, repair requests, and Job Hazard Analysis
• Maintain availability for various shifts and overtime as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Trade school certification
• One year of related experience or training
• Qualified experienced welder
• Ability to pass a physical welding exam

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pneumatic and hydraulic equipment troubleshooting
• Familiarity with conveyors, belts, gearboxes, and drives
• Electrical experience with 120V to 460V 3 phase
• Ability to troubleshoot control circuits and change electric motors
• Data entry skills for work orders and email
