Maintenance Planning Technician III

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance activities within the SAP PM system, including creating, scheduling, and updating maintenance orders.
• Plan and control the use of maintenance resources such as manpower, scaffolding, and equipment.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance indicators, including Backlog and Execution Index, to maximize resource utilization.
• Ensure the availability of parts and materials by managing reservations and stock control for scheduled maintenance.
• Perform technical reading and interpretation of drawings and use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Create purchase requisitions (RC) for materials, tools, and external services, following up on the procurement process.
• Promote safety, environmental, and occupational health standards, as well as 5S methodology in the workplace.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Mechanics, Electrical, or Instrumentation.
• Active CFT registration.
• Proven experience in maintenance planning activities.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
• Availability to work in shift rotations.
• Location: Santa Cruz, Rio de Janeiro.
