Maintenance Planner/Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance tasks for technicians, ensuring availability of equipment, labor, materials, and tools
• Provide labor, duration, and material cost estimates for maintenance work orders
• Manage financial tasks including obtaining quotes, creating purchase order requests, and processing invoices
• Maintain and update information within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Coordinate parts availability to ensure all major preventive maintenance (PM) tasks are fully supported
• Develop work schedules that include PMs and corrective work orders while adjusting for emergencies
• Ensure all GMP-related work orders and required work permits are properly approved

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to interpret blueprints and schematics
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SAP
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
• Ability to work safely in an industrial environment and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field such as Electro-Mechanical
• Relevant experience in Pharmaceutical or Food manufacturing
• Previous experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, and financial transactions
