Maintenance Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed work plans for maintenance jobs to ensure efficient scheduling and execution
• Perform field inspections to determine appropriate job work scopes
• Assign codes to work orders and maintain plant history and technical files
• Secure required parts, tools, and services through procurement duties and staging
• Utilize SAP and other computer applications to support maintenance functions
• Evaluate job feedback to improve future maintenance workflows
• Provide technical assistance to maintenance personnel and prepare required reports
• Maintain strict adherence to current safety rules and regulations

Requirements

• 5 years of maintenance planning experience in a manufacturing industry
• Extensive experience with SAP maintenance, including work order management and reporting
• Strong technical aptitude in mechanical, electrical, and related industrial systems
• Thorough understanding of large industrial equipment such as fans, pumps, and boilers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, catalogs, and manuals
• Valid state driver’s license
• Ability to physically maneuver throughout a plant, including climbing ladders and lifting up to 40 pounds
