Maintenance Planner

Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan, and coordinate maintenance interventions for both internal staff and external contractors.
• Manage intervention requests from initial diagnosis through to completion.
• Prepare and schedule preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate curative maintenance interventions in alignment with production priorities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance services.
• Ensure all activities comply with safety and environmental regulations within a Seveso High Threshold site.

Requirements

• BTS (Higher Technician Certificate) in industrial maintenance or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanics, welding, hydraulics, electricity, and pneumatics.
• Experience in process industries such as chemical, paper, or cement.
• Familiarity with high-constraint environments, including Seveso, ATEX zones, pressure equipment, or rotating machinery.
• Proven ability to work autonomously with high rigor and a strong focus on safety.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with PID diagrams and industrial piping.
• Ability to manage on-call shifts (astreinte).
