Maintenance Planner

Responsibilities

• Supervise technical personnel and contractors to ensure quality and safety standards
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities using Mantum CMMS
• Assign and control Work Orders (OT) and ensure proper documentation and closure
• Maintain updated technical information, histories, and maintenance plans for equipment
• Review and consolidate maintenance KPIs, analyzing trends in availability, costs, and performance
• Manage maintenance-related complaints and non-conforming products
• Participate in internal and external audits related to maintenance services
• Support the preparation and monitoring of the maintenance budget and provisions
• Perform short, medium, and long-term maintenance planning based on operational needs
• Supervise external provider performance according to technical criteria

Requirements

• Degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering
• Three years of experience in similar roles within industrial maintenance
• Knowledge of maintenance planning and programming using specialized software
• Technical knowledge of industrial equipment
• Experience in spare parts management
• Basic metrology knowledge
• Proficiency in office tools for data analysis and control
