About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve the Work Order Management System and related processes.
  • Administer the CMMS to ensure data integrity, system reliability, and accurate maintenance documentation.
  • Design and implement proactive weekly maintenance plans aligned with production priorities and equipment availability.
  • Define technical scopes of work, including labor requirements, material procurement, and safety reviews.
  • Develop weekly maintenance schedules in collaboration with Production Planning to maximize equipment uptime.
  • Manage a structured and prioritized maintenance backlog.
  • Analyze maintenance KPIs and trends to optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Support MRO inventory management and partner with Procurement to manage vendor relationships.
  • Contribute to maintenance budget development and monitor expenditures for cost optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Maintenance Management, or an equivalent technical discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance planning, scheduling, or reliability.
  • Proficiency in CMMS software, specifically SAP PM.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals, diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Knowledge of electrical safety (NFPA70E), ISO 9000, GMP, and HACCP.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with maintenance management systems focusing on KPIs and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel within a fast-paced environment.
