About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and coordinate corrective, predictive, and emergency maintenance.
  • Create and manage work orders using CMMS software, including detailed job plans for tools, materials, labor, and time estimates.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities with operations and engineering teams to ensure minimal production disruption.
  • Manage spare parts inventory, including raising PRs for requirements and ensuring availability for scheduled tasks.
  • Monitor equipment performance and maintenance history to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, including LOTO and permit-to-work systems.
  • Administrate the CMMS by adding new assets, importing maintenance tasks, and maintaining accurate asset history.
  • Support root cause analysis and participate in ISO audits and 5S methodology implementation.

Requirements

  • Technical Diploma or Associate degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 7+ years of experience in the maintenance field.
  • 3+ years of experience specifically as a maintenance planner.
  • Proficiency in CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, or Fiix).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and inventory management skills.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
  • Valid Saudi Arabian driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Experience within the automotive industry.
  • Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) designation.
  • Knowledge of CAD or SolidWorks.
  • Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA, 5 Whys, or Fishbone Diagrams.
