Maintenance Planner

Responsibilities

• Prepare civil and mechanical layouts, detailed drawings, sketches, and diagrams
• Coordinate CMMS and PDM systems to support facility areas
• Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for drawings, change orders, and PDM data sheets
• Coordinate assigned projects within time, cost, and quality guidelines
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies in the CMMS
• Generate reports and statistics to improve plant maintenance and operations
• Estimate costs for personnel, parts, and supplies for scheduled maintenance

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (complex spreadsheets, pivot tables)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of mechanical/electrical processes
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with associates, vendors, and contractors
• Ability to train staff on CMMS systems

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of Maintenance Planning experience in a manufacturing environment
• Intermediate knowledge of PDM systems
• Intermediate knowledge of CMMS or other maintenance planning systems
