Maintenance Planner

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, plan, schedule, and follow up on job plans for all planned work
• Act as the primary liaison between the maintenance department and operations planning
• Review work requests for accuracy, scope, and realistic completion dates
• Identify and secure all necessary parts and materials for work completion
• Provide job and total cost estimates including labor, material, and outside services
• Manage the status of work control and backlog from submission to completion
• Develop preliminary workforce schedules ensuring skill requirements and resource availability are met
• Finalize maintenance resource schedules in agreement with production
• Issue scheduled work orders with job plan packets to supervisors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Department)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a heavy equipment field
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic
• Good command of English (writing and speaking)
