Maintenance Planner

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, plan, schedule, and follow up on job plans for all planned work
• Act as the primary liaison between the maintenance department and operations planning
• Review work requests for accuracy, scope, and realistic completion dates
• Identify and secure all necessary parts and materials for maintenance tasks
• Provide labor and material cost estimates for work orders
• Manage the status of work control and backlog from submission to completion
• Develop workforce schedules ensuring skill requirements and resource availability are met
• Communicate finalized maintenance schedules to maintenance, production, and stores teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a heavy equipment field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic
• Good command of English (writing and speaking)
