Maintenance Planner

Responsibilities

• Execute Level 3-4 preventive maintenance planning for all production lines
• Create preventive maintenance plans for new equipment in SAP based on supplier documentation
• Update preventive maintenance plans regularly based on feedback from maintenance specialists and process engineers
• Plan and determine functional location layouts
• Manage and ensure the on-schedule completion of maintenance orders for preventive and corrective maintenance teams
• Maintain the SAP-PM structure
• Support external and internal audit presentations for TPM topics
• Participate in daily maintenance meetings and coordinate with production planning and supervisors to ensure accurate scheduling

Requirements

• Proven knowledge of SAP PM
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good command of the English language
• Basic knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance processes
• Strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks
• Effective communication skills to bridge the gap between maintenance and production departments
