Maintenance Planner

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Site Managers and project teams to develop, monitor, and analyze project schedules
• Coordinate and manage outside services and administrative tasks
• Mentor and evaluate junior schedulers and planners
• Deliver accurate and timely project reports and identify areas of concern
• Recommend improvements to the planning and scheduling process
• Lead project initiation phases and review contractor schedules for feasibility

Requirements

• 5+ years of industrial scheduling experience
• Proficiency in SAP and Prometheus
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent training/experience in a relevant field
• Experience reading drawings and applying technical knowledge
• Strong project planning and scheduling expertise in maintenance and construction
