Maintenance Planner

Responsibilities

• Create efficient, cost-conscious, and customer-oriented schedules
• Monitor the progress of maintenance activities and ensure all obligations are met
• Review technician time registration and identify planning deviations
• Manage practical matters such as access passes, GDPR declarations, and parking permits
• Inform customers about scheduling, discuss their wishes, and provide appropriate advice
• Work according to quality, safety, and environmental guidelines and procedures

Requirements

• MBO 3-4 working and thinking level
• 3 to 5 years of experience in employee scheduling, preferably in a technical and customer-oriented environment
• Knowledge of maintenance specifications, IT systems, and internal processes
• Up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as the Working Hours Act
• Strong communication skills, accuracy, and ability to maintain overview in a dynamic environment
