Maintenance Planner

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance and shutdown activities
• Develop detailed job plans, resource allocation, and timelines
• Ensure maintenance plans align with operational and safety standards
• Utilize SAP or equivalent ERP systems for maintenance planning and reporting
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related diploma
• Certification in Planning and Scheduling (CPSP or equivalent)
• Proven experience in maintenance and shutdown planning
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
• Experience in oil & gas or petrochemical industries preferred
• Strong MS Office skills
• Knowledge of data analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau is an advantage
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
