Maintenance Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive maintenance work plans including preventive, predictive, and corrective activities.
• Create detailed job specifications for labor, tools, materials, and safety protocols.
• Prioritize work orders based on equipment criticality and production impact to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with operations teams, maintenance personnel, and spare parts inventory management.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as MTBF and MTTR to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate data within the SAP platform to support decision-making and process standardization.
• Support root cause analysis investigations and lead reliability improvement projects.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering.
• Proven experience in Maintenance Management or as a Maintenance Planner.
• Background in the Automotive or Metalworking industry.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies including PM, PdM, and RCM.
• Proficiency with CMMS systems such as SAP or Maximo.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
