Maintenance Planner

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and control preventive maintenance activities for mobile equipment to ensure optimal operational conditions.
• Manage the distribution of preventive maintenance programs to assigned personnel.
• Support the transfer of preventive maintenance processes to external providers.
• Verify and ensure the availability of necessary spare parts, labor, and tools for scheduled maintenance.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to schedule equipment downtime and special maintenance.
• Maintain and review equipment documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Capture and adjust equipment hour meters in the JD Edwards system.
• Create and close work orders for preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure accurate data registration within the maintenance systems.

Requirements

• Engineering degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in maintenance planning.
• Proficiency in Intermediate Excel.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Experience using the SAP Maintenance Module.
