Maintenance Planner

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities based on plant priorities and production requirements
• Develop detailed work plans, including scope, materials, tools, permits, and labor requirements
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with Operations to minimize production interruptions and optimize equipment availability
• Manage maintenance backlog and prioritize tasks based on risk, criticality, and business impact
• Ensure availability and proper management of spare parts, tools, and external contractor support
• Maintain accurate data in the CMMS, including work orders, history, equipment data, and performance metrics
• Support the planning and execution of shutdowns to ensure efficient and safe completion of activities
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with EHS standards, legal requirements, and company procedures

Requirements

• Technical degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with maintenance planning, programming, or maintenance work in a production environment
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance, reliability concepts, and asset management principles
• Experience with CMMS systems such as SAP, JDE, or similar
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with Operations, maintenance teams, and contractors
• Fluency in both Dutch and English
