About the role

Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule major maintenance jobs across multiple sites to ensure alignment with operational priorities.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, production, and EHS teams to develop detailed job plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to assess job scope, communicate plans, and adjust schedules based on changing priorities.
  • Maintain and update planning tools, schedules, and documentation to reflect current and future needs.
  • Lead pre-job planning meetings and post-job reviews to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage CMMS workflows, acting as both a reviewer and approver for work orders.
  • Serve as the owner of associated SOPs, Work Instructions, and On-the-Job Trainings related to planning and scheduling.
  • Track and manage financial budgets related to assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Ensure all activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of equipment maintenance experience, preferably in a regulated or industrial environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of CMMS systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Familiarity with Lean principles.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
