Maintenance Planner and Purchasing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all equipment and machinery
• Create and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians and supervisors to allocate resources effectively
• Manage the parts room and ensure availability of necessary materials
• Create, track, and close work orders using the CMMS
• Report on work order completion rates, schedule compliance, and performance metrics
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of maintenance planning or scheduling experience in manufacturing
• Experience with CMMS programs for preventative maintenance and spare parts tracking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, and GMP standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food production environments
