About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and ventilation work
- Follow maintenance priority orders assigned by management
- Monitor spare part stock levels to ensure uninterrupted operation
- Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and building structures
- Monitor daily facility energy consumption
Requirements
- Vocational training in electrical engineering or electromechanics
- Experience in electrical work (high-voltage and low-voltage systems)
- Up-to-date professional certifications
- Experience in the hospitality industry
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of Greek is a significant asset
