Maintenance PdM Technician

Responsibilities

• Collect predictive maintenance data using vibration, ultrasound, oil analysis, and thermography tools
• Analyze data and generate notifications for the repair of critical machinery
• Maintain lubrication programs through proper oil storage, transfer, filtration, and greasing techniques
• Support documentation and reporting of PDM program achievements
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to schedule and maintain equipment
• Ensure all PDM activities align with Reliability and Maintenance department priorities
• Perform work in compliance with GMP, safety, environmental, and quality requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred)
• Experience with CMMS systems
• Experience with PDM software and data analysis
• Working knowledge of rotating machinery, bearings, motors, and laser alignment
• Basic equipment troubleshooting skills and knowledge of assembly drawings
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Physical ability to move throughout the plant, including climbing ladders and stairs
