Maintenance Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance including carpentry, sheet rock, painting, and floor/wall repairs
• Conduct electrical diagnostic troubleshooting and repairs up to permit requirements
• Execute mechanical repairs for plumbing fixtures, pipe fittings, and pump repairs
• Maintain HVAC systems including belt and filter replacement and refrigerant reclamation
• Maintain accurate operating logs and maintenance records for building support systems

Requirements

• Two years of specialized/formal education beyond high school or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of relevant maintenance experience
• Must possess or obtain MN Special Engineer Boiler license within 90 days of hire
• Valid Minnesota driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Refrigerant certification
• Man lift license
