About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise planned corrective work for electrical and mechanical equipment
- Prioritize and execute corrective work plans prepared by the Planner
- Oversee service requests and ensure installations meet safety standards and work orders
- Maintain electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal plant operations
- Contribute to strategic planning, audits, and system improvements to meet operational goals
- Support financial objectives by forecasting requirements and assisting with budget preparation
- Evaluate and optimize Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Programs
- Lead daily team meetings and supervise the performance of mechanical and electrical facilitators
- Implement improvement projects and ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations
- Design maintenance strategies and prepare technical drawings and specifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 5–10 years of experience in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 2–4 years of experience in Maintenance Supervision
- 1–2 years of experience in Project Management
- 2–4 years of experience using CMMS SAP
- 2–4 years of experience designing and implementing Predictive & Preventive Maintenance
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering Management or an equivalent field
- Professional Engineer License
- Experience with ISO 9000, ISO 14000, or OSHA 18000
- Knowledge of GMP/GDP and drawing analysis
- Ability to work alternating shifts and travel internationally
