Maintenance Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production support and maintenance activities to achieve safety, quality, and productivity targets
• Own maintenance strategy for mechanical, electrical, controls, and automation systems, including robotics and conveyors
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce downtime
• Manage multiple supervisory teams across Operations, Maintenance, and IT
• Drive improvement against key operational KPIs such as uptime, throughput, and OEE
• Optimize CMMS utilization for asset management and performance reporting
• Enforce LOTO and site safety programs to maintain a culture of accountability

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in automated operations, maintenance, or reliability environments
• 2+ years of people leadership experience, managing supervisors or technical teams
• Hands-on knowledge of industrial automation, controls, and maintenance systems
• Demonstrated success improving equipment performance and operational KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field
• Experience in Central Fill pharmacy, healthcare distribution, or automated fulfillment
• Proficiency with CMMS platforms and Microsoft Office
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
