Maintenance Mechanic/Team Lead Line Technician

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain machinery including packaging equipment, conveyor systems, and processing equipment
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance work orders to minimize production downtime
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyance systems
• Operate equipment and perform routine inspections to identify potential issues before they impact production
• Guide and lead a team of technical operators
• Adhere to all safety and quality guidelines during all job functions

Requirements

• High school education or GED equivalent
• Prior experience in a related maintenance or technical field
• Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems
• Proficiency in troubleshooting pneumatic and hydraulic systems
