Maintenance Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic systems, pneumatic actuators, conveyor networks, and three-phase motors
• Perform routine preventive maintenance inspections according to the CMMS schedule
• Diagnose basic electrical and PLC faults using schematic blueprints and digital tools
• Respond rapidly to emergency production line breakdowns to minimize operational downtime
• Maintain and repair utility and facility-related equipment
• Collaborate with production departments to proactively resolve equipment issues and maintain a safe, organized work area

Requirements

• Experience in an industrial environment or relevant military experience maintaining manufacturing equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude with systematic troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfort using mechanical lifts and ladders
• Willingness to work an off-shift rotating schedule (12-hour shifts) including weekends and overtime

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting, industrial controls, and motor controls
