Maintenance Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Execute complete alignment of brake sets
• Perform mechanical cleaning of moving and fixed system parts
• Identify, correct, and eliminate hydraulic, pneumatic, or lubrication leaks
• Verify, tighten, and adjust connections, bolts, and other fastening elements
• Conduct functional tests post-intervention and record technical evidence
• Complete and submit all mandatory technical records after each service order
• Perform assembly and disassembly of mechanical components as needed
• Replace and install filters according to service orders
• Prepare, organize, and segregate materials and tools for interventions
• Meet a daily demand of approximately 13 to 20 brake set repairs

Requirements

• Completed high school education
• Technical degree in mechanics is desirable
• Ability to reside in Americana or the surrounding region
