Maintenance Mechanic Millwright

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machines and plant facility equipment
• Perform emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance on machines and plant facilities
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting
• Conduct simple machinist duties and minor equipment fabrication
• Troubleshoot plant instrumentation and process equipment
• Utilize ladders, scaffolds, scissor lifts, and booms for repairs
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain orderly work areas

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with MIG and Stick welding
• Physical ability to lift up to 75lbs
• Ability to work in both hot and cold environments
• Willingness to attend after-hour call-outs and weekends as required
• Basic computer familiarity

Preferred Qualifications

• Red Seal certification
• Experience using PLCs
