Maintenance Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of facility maintenance tasks, including carpentry, flooring, sheetrock repair, and painting
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility and production equipment
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical systems, and production machinery
• Perform general welding, millwright, and carpentry activities as needed
• Complete preventive, predictive, electro-mechanical, and mechanical maintenance assignments
• Diagnose maintenance issues, exercise sound judgment, and recommend effective solutions
• Maintain shop and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition
• Follow established work procedures, safety standards, and company policies

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant maintenance experience, OR 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related maintenance experience
• Valid state issued Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with plumbing
• Proficiency operating a Forklift or Skytrak
• Experience with Aerial Platforms
• Sheet metal work skills
