Maintenance Mechanic/Hydraulic

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and hydraulic inspections, diagnosis, and repairs independently and safely.
• Conduct failure analysis to identify root causes and implement preventive actions.
• Execute maintenance activities including equipment alignment, valve adjustment, and sensory-based inspections.
• Disassemble and reassemble mechanical components according to technical specifications.
• Follow scheduled maintenance plans and perform equipment lubrication.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, including hydraulic and electrical diagrams.
• Implement Lock Out - Tag Out (LOTO) procedures to ensure workplace safety.
• Verify the functionality of tools, instruments, and accessories.

Requirements

• Minimum education: SMK Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro, or Mekatronika.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in mechanics, hydraulics, heavy equipment, or industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and hydraulic diagrams.
• Proficiency with manual tools and measuring instruments.
• Strong understanding of K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) and LOTO procedures.
• Basic root cause analysis skills for troubleshooting equipment.
• Willingness to work in a shift system within an industrial/manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant industrial mechanic or hydraulic certifications.
• K3 (Health and Safety) certification.
