Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment including air compressors, conveyors, industrial fans, and electric motors
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, including 3-phase motors, VFDs, and PLCs
• Install and repair automated machinery, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Perform steel fabrication via measuring, cutting, bending, and welding
• Operate industrial material handling equipment such as overhead cranes, forklifts, and boom lifts
• Read and interpret mechanical/electrical diagrams and technical repair manuals
• Maintain a safe work environment following OSHA regulations and company safety policies

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong electrical maintenance skills (3-phase motors, VFDs, controls)
• Proficiency with power tools and industrial fabrication tools
• Ability to pass technical skill tests
• Must possess a basic set of personal tools
• Ability to work full-time in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Vocational training or an AA/AS degree
• Advanced knowledge of process automation (HMI, proximity switches, relays)
• Experience with various welding techniques (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW)
