Maintenance Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical panels
• Perform scheduled lubrication, filter changes, and cleaning on manufacturing equipment and vacuum systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues, diagnose root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery to replace worn parts such as bearings, belts, gears, and seals
• Repair and maintain pneumatic and electrical systems
• Perform minor facility repairs including plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and reports
• Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a manufacturing mechanic or in a related role
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
• Basic understanding of electrical, vacuum, and pneumatic systems
• Knowledge of vacuum systems, plumbing, HVAC, and electricity
• Ability to lift heavy objects, bend, climb, and stand for extended periods
