Maintenance Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and calibrate automated environmental controls including heating, cooling, ventilation, humidity, and CO2 scrubbers
• Diagnose and fix malfunctions in commercial watering systems, injectors, pumps, and water filtration equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on boilers, backup generators, heavy machinery, and motorized transport carts
• Respond to emergency equipment breakdowns and execute repairs safely
• Log maintenance activities, manage spare parts inventory, and order replacement components
• Adhere to OSHA and facility safety guidelines, including lockout/tagout procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 3 years of hands-on mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance experience
• Skilled in general maintenance tasks related to building utilities and facility systems
• Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, plumbing, 3-phase electricity, and automated control software
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to pass a government background check
