Maintenance Mechanic ASRS

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on warehouse equipment, including ASRS crane and conveyor systems
• Execute preventive maintenance for air handlers, chillers, boilers, air compressors, and other facility equipment
• Manage work priorities and lead repairs from start to completion
• Conduct troubleshooting for facilities systems including power, HVAC, and compressed air to the major component level
• Perform medium-level carpentry, plumbing, welding, and masonry/painting repairs
• Utilize the PCI ordering system to identify and order necessary replacement parts
• Work directly with vendors on equipment troubleshooting and specialized repair projects
• Support and train level 1 facilities workers
• Manage temperature and humidity changes via Honeywell Station modules

Requirements

• Recognized technical or mechanical education and training
• Proven background working with ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems)
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting and advanced electrical systems
• Proficiency in welding, plumbing, and carpentry
• Valid forklift training and permit
• Knowledge of Honeywell Station modules (HVAC, Fire, and Utilities)
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment (specifically Friday–Sunday, 7 pm – 7 am shifts)
