Maintenance Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings
• Execute tasks involving painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and masonry work
• Replace motors and perform general maintenance on machinery
• Patch holes and cracks in walls and ceilings using plaster or compound
• Repair or replace sinks, water coolers, toilets, and plumbing fixtures
• Maintain structures by painting, repairing concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks
• Install or replace damaged paneling, floor tiles, doors, and door locks

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of five years of general maintenance experience
• Active TS/SCI with CIP clearance
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
• Ability to read and write at a level necessary for successful job performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
