Maintenance Mechanic 3

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair packaging line equipment to ensure high quality and operational efficiency
• Perform preventive maintenance, changeovers, repairs, and running adjustments
• Support packaging lines by making routine and non-routine adjustments
• Collaborate with Project Management, Planning, Engineering, and Production to support new product launches
• Analyze equipment failures to improve overall reliability and minimize downtime
• Monitor and provide technical expertise to meet or exceed Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) targets
• Execute Single Minute Exchange of Dies (SMED) activities and OPEX initiatives
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean workplace following 5S standards and cGMP/GCP policies
• Document actions and update setup documentation to ensure accuracy and sustainability

Requirements

• High School Diploma and 3-5 years of related experience and/or training
• Basic mathematical and computer skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex instructions
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders
• Ability to participate effectively in professional conversations and technical discussions

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-year degree or professional certification
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Ability to present information effectively to various stakeholders
