Maintenance Mechanic 2

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment on packaging lines
• Perform preventive maintenance, changeovers, and running adjustments
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical problems to prevent recurrence
• Use hand and power tools to perform specific maintenance duties
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders
• Support packaging lines with routine and non-routine adjustments to ensure product quality
• Maintain a safe and organized workplace following 5S and cGMP/GCP policies
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain efficient line operation rates

Requirements

• 2-3 years of applicable maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Technical school diploma or equivalent
• Basic mathematical and computer skills
• Ability to read and interpret various types of instructions and equipment manuals
• Ability to solve practical problems in situations with limited standardization

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a packaging environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with high attention to detail
