Maintenance Mechanic 1

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical troubleshooting, including PLCs, process controls, motor controls, fuses, and circuit breakers
• Troubleshoot, repair, and install machinery using air, hydraulics, motors, and bearings
• Fabricate production equipment, fixtures, support frames, benches, and shelving
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance, write procedures, and train others
• Repair and install pipes and plumbing for gas, water, air, or hydraulic oils
• Repair and install high and low voltage electrical wiring throughout the facility
• Maintain and improve facility buildings and grounds

Requirements

• High voltage electrical knowledge
• Experience operating a forklift or scissor lift
• Ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Two-year degree or Technical Certificate
• 3-5 years of related maintenance experience
