Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance to ensure reliable performance of production equipment and fabrication tooling.
• Drive maximum equipment uptime across machining, assembly, and shop operations.
• Lead and continuously improve maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Direct, coach, and develop the maintenance team, including supervisors, technicians, and toolmakers.
• Serve as a technical expert providing hands-on mechanical and electrical support.
• Implement and sustain safety and environmental programs in compliance with OSHA and internal standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 8-10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Expert-level knowledge of maintenance concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring team members.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
