Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and modernize the maintenance operations for approximately 80 employees across up to 4 shifts
• Ensure high technical availability and operational reliability within the production environment
• Drive strategic improvement initiatives, including TPM and predictive maintenance
• Manage budgets for the entire maintenance area, including spare parts and consumables
• Oversee investments, investigations, and the implementation of new equipment
• Act as a central partner to production, production technology, logistics, and quality departments
• Contribute to the factory's transformation toward future production systems

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance within the manufacturing industry
• Several years of experience leading large organizations or complex teams
• Proven track record in driving change management and continuous improvement processes
• Experience working with Lean, TPM, or equivalent methodologies
• Academic degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production engineering, or a similar field
• Strong ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution

• Ability to act as a visible, coaching leader who engages and develops talent
• High technical credibility with the ability to challenge established workflows
